Got to database creation, which takes a while.
Non-standard postgresql 9.2 package, looks like it could be brought up to use the current.
Database creation had errors, many of the form:

ERROR: role "podsplice" does not exist
REVOKE
also
SET
ERROR: index "secure_payment_profile_id_idx" does not exist
ERROR: table "secure_payment_properties" does not exist
